International Church Planters, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit, faith-based organization that exists to invest in theologically malnourished pastors and leaders across the globe for the health of local churches and the glory of God.

ICP was formed in 1993 by Steve Wilkes for the purpose of evangelism and church planting among the population of Russia amidst a time of unprecedented openness to the gospel after the fall of the Iron Curtain. Though the organization has undergone various changes of leadership and location, the fundamental mission has remained the same: the fulfillment of the Great Commission for the glory of God.

We uncompromisingly hold that the Holy Scriptures are the only sufficient, certain, and infallible standard of all saving knowledge, faith, and obedience. Furthermore, we are persuaded from the Scriptures the Great Commission was given to local churches. Thus, we strive to be accountable to and a servant of local churches as they labor to make disciples of all nations.
